For Professors - Volunteer 30 Minutes

Volunteer 30 minutes for an onsite interview related specifically to your expertise. Provide all learners access to a sample of your knowledge, experience, and skills. All interviews are recorded using only digital audio media and remain the sole property of the participant. Recorded interviews will be edited into a catalog of searchable mp3 files (1 - 3 minutes in duration) based on key words related to the interview theme.

Undergrad Professors

For Researchers. Share your ongoing research in a format that is relevant and meaningful to emerging student learners (for undergraduates and Grades 9 -12). Researchers include professors, graduate students, and post doctorate fellows.

For Authors. Share insights related to your new works in a format that is relevant and meaningful to emerging student learners (for undergraduates and Grades 9 - 12).

For Higher Ed (College Access). Share the academic expectations for entering college freshman (all departments and disciplines). A specific emphasis will be placed on capturing the expectations of professors and teaching assistants who teach entering freshman.

Our Deliverable for Emerging Student Leaders and Learners. On or before Fall of 2009, all emerging student leaders and learners will be provided with a central destination to gain free, on-demand access to real-world descriptions of research from professors and authors who are the leaders in their field. Beginning in the middle grades, students will be provided free access to this new media archive with precise and clear examples of how becoming an expert in an academic discipline can lead to a professional life where learning, research, and innovation are rewarded. These real world perspectives will come from professors and researchers of all academic disciplines, captured and updated annually. We welcome all inquiries. Please send all inquiries to the attention of Art Fuller at art.fuller@opensourceteaching.org.
